When Should I Replace My Zippo Flint?
If the flint wheel turns but produces little or no spark, your flint may need replacing.
First, remove the insert from your Zippo lighter. You can then access the flint through the screw at the bottom of the insert.
Once fitted, the new flint sits beneath the flint wheel and helps create the spark needed to light your Zippo.
For the best results, always follow Zippo’s instructions when replacing your flint.
