Engraving Terms & Conditions

At Dancing Flame, we take great pride in producing high-quality personalised and engraved products. By placing an order for an engraved or personalised item, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all engraving details submitted with an order are accurate.

This includes, but is not limited to:

* Names

* Dates

* Initials

* Messages

* Spellings

* Spacing and sentence distribution

* Punctuation

* Capitalisation

Dancing Flame will engrave the information exactly as supplied by the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for any errors, spelling mistakes, grammatical mistakes, incorrect dates, or other inaccuracies provided during the ordering process.

Customers are strongly advised to carefully check all engraving details before submitting their order.

Engraving Method

Dancing Flame reserves the right to select the most appropriate engraving method for each product.

Depending on the item being engraved, this may include:

* Laser engraving

* Diamond drag engraving

* Mechanical scribing

* Rotary engraving

* UV marking

The engraving process used will be chosen at our sole discretion to achieve the best possible result for the product and material being engraved.

Engraving Appearance

Product images are provided for illustration purposes only.

The size, depth, positioning, colour, and appearance of engraving may vary between products and materials.

Variations in engraving appearance are a normal part of the engraving process and do not constitute a fault.

Personalised Products

Personalised and engraved items are made specifically to the customer’s requirements.

For this reason, engraved and personalised products cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has commenced unless:

* The item is faulty; or

* The engraving differs from the details supplied by the customer.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Approval of Details

By placing an order for an engraved item, you confirm that:

* All engraving details have been checked and approved by you.

* The information supplied is correct.

* You understand that Dancing Flame will engrave the details exactly as submitted.

Liability

In the unlikely event of an error on our part, Dancing Flame’s liability shall be limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the engraved item at our discretion.

Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item.
